About Us
Dallas, TX –Pegasus Senior Living, founded by industry veterans Steven Vick and Chris Hollister, has assembled a strong and passionate team of national talent to support 36 communities previously managed by Brookdale Senior Living. Pegasus has transition 6 communities in California as of February 1, 2019 including (Whispering Winds of Apple Valley).
The portfolio of communities includes Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Pegasus Senior Living will revitalize several communities through capital investment into the physical environments and will emphasize a nimble, decentralized management structure that will enable local autonomy and local preferences.
