IE Commuter is a rideshare program of the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) and San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA).
Our mission is to reduce traffic and improve air quality in the region by helping businesses develop employee
rideshare (bus, train, carpool, vanpool, telework, bike, walk) programs. Whether you have five employees or
5,000, IE Commuter provides you with personal support and tools for a successful program to get employees
ridesharing. We help you set up a customized program (ridematching, rideshare incentives, guaranteed ride
home, etc.) that benefits both your business and your employees.
The IE Commuter program is FREE to employers. Simply sign up, promote the benefits of ridesharing to your
employees, and enjoy the rewards!

Antonio Villegas
American Patriot Music Project, President/ Chairman
I am the President and Chairman of the American Patriot Music Project, a US Army and California National Guard Veteran, a musician, and semi-retired. Married to Susan Villegas and we reside in Apple Valley. I am also 68% Native American and a citizen of the Sovereign Chricahua Apache Nation. My previous career was as a telecommunication technician for over 30 years. I have been a musician since 1967 (vocals and sax) and am still active in the music world, as a solo artist called "Feeling Saxxy". I was the office manager and CEO of a 501c3 called Phoenix Patriot Foundation (PPF) from 2015 to 2019. The foundation is no longer active, and the California Chapter for PPF became its own 501c3 in 2018 based in Southern California using music therapy programs for our nation's heroes that are battling with PTSD, TBI, and MST..
