The High Desert Employer Advisory Council in partnership with the Employment Development Department present the 2020 Legislative Update: What's New in 2020?
Topic:
Join us for an overview of new legislation and legal developments affecting labor and wage and hour laws for 2020.
Speaker:
William M. Betley practices all areas of employment law and issues. This includes unlawful harassment, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, employment handbooks and wage and hour.
Admitted to practice law in California in 1984, Mr. Betley is a member of the American Bar Association, California Chamber of Commerce, Society for Human Resources Management, and Professionals in Human Resource Association.
